Jay Puchir
Chairman, CEO and President
Banner Midstream
As President and Principal Financial Officer of Banner Energy Services, Jay Puchir is responsible for the company’s executive leadership, mergers & acquisitions, capital allocation, performance management, and financial reporting.
Mr. Puchir most recently served as both the CEO and CFO of Ecoark Holdings (OTCQX: ZEST). Mr. Puchir started his career as an external auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and a consultant at Ernst & Young, ultimately achieving the position of Senior Manager. Mr. Puchir was also an Associate Chief Financial Officer with HCA Healthcare (NYSE: HCA), and served as both the Accounting Manager and Director of Finance/ Controller at The Citadel. He also served, on a part-time basis, as the Chief Financial Officer of Trend Discovery Capital Management, and as a Managing Director of Ozark Empire Capital Management.
JD Reedy

As Chief Operating Officer of Banner Midstream, JD Reedy oversees day-to-day operations, programs, and services and is accountable for developing and executing sales and service plans to drive market growth for the company.
Mr. Reedy possesses an extensive background in business development, field operations, and expanding market share within Oil & Gas service industries. Prior to joining Banner Midstream, Mr. Reedy was Oilfield Operations Manager for Joe Tex Xpress where he was responsible for managing a fleet of over 150 frac sand transport trucks, while also managing field operations. Mr. Reedy was CEO of Reedy Trucking Inc. for over 26 years where he managed fleet operations, business growth, and day-to-day operations for and ever-changing Oil & Gas market. Mr. Reedy started his career in the Oil & Gas service industry in 1992 with 2 Dump trucks. Additionally, Mr. Reedy has served in Sales and leadership roles generating over $250 million dollars in revenue in the Oil & Gas service industry. Mr. Reedy also serves as an active board member on several non-profit organizations in the local community like Two Toes Inc., Henderson Boys Baseball Association, and Rusk County Rescue Unit.
